The City of Wauwatosa Water Utility is pleased to be able to offer you the convenience of making secured online payments. The Water Utility Online Payment Center is administered by FIS PayDirect.

To use this service, a convenience fee will be assessed by FIS PayDirect at the time of payment based on the method of payment utilized. For E-checks, the convenience fee is a flat charge of $1.95. For pinless debit or credit card payments, the convenience fee is 2.60% of the amount paid or a minimum of $3.95. Due to Visa card regulations concerning payment of utility bills, Visa is not accepted.

Payments made prior to midnight of the due date will be considered on time. You will receive an email confirmation after paying your utility bill. We encourage you to print and save your receipt.
